This Harvest mouse really is a very tiny fellow and fast on his feet so very difficult to spot especially as his home is amongst the long grasses of field margins and in hedgerows. His super power is having a prehensile tail and dexterous hind feet which help him cling on to grass stalks while building a tiny intricate nest or perhaps, as in this instance, pausing briefly for a tasty snack.
